Tasseologic Inc, an advanced analytics and strategy consulting company, has won a Cannes Silver Lion for their work with TRACK on McDonald’s Germany in the new category of Creative Data, which was developed to recognize excellence in gathering, analyzing and utilizing data in creative ways to build a deeper relationship with customers.
Tasseologic worked with TRACK to develop an end-to-end CRM program for McDonald’s Germany. The program utilized purchase behavior and sophisticated analytics to profile, segment and send personalized offers to customers, leading to increased quest visits, amount spent in restaurant and ultimately a 19:1 ROI for the program.
The award is the first for the company whose clients include McDonald’s, Fidelity Investments, America’s Test Kitchen, Entergy and 1-800 Got Junk.
