When a client wants to talk to you at 10:30 pm it’s always a bit nerve-wracking. But this call was to tell us that he’d shared our deck with a colleague, who said it was the best deck on data-driven CRM she’d seen. He wanted us to know that so we could go into the weekend feeling happy. That is cool on so many levels.
If clients only knew how words like that can motivate your agency, we’d all hear them much more often. Rebecca, YC, Andrea and I sure are smiling today.
