Julie Smith is a results-oriented strategist helping businesses increase their return on marketing investment. She has over 20 years experience developing advertising and CRM programs for Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-ups and small businesses. Her expertise spans all facets of marketing communications including strategic planning, marketing research, brand positioning, media planning, customer segmentation, and database development.
Julie worked for 7 years as an independent marketing consultant. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Epsilon, as an account leader and strategic planner. Julie has also led client engagements at Rapp Collins Worldwide and Temerlin McClain.
Julie works with clients across a diverse range of industries including financial, retail, CPG, travel, telecommunications, insurance, and technology. She helps clients gain a deep understanding of customer value, attitudes and behaviors, and then translates that insight into robust, multi-channel CRM programs to increase customer retention and lifetime value. She applies a rigorous, data-driven approach to developing recommendations, whether it’s a designing a loyalty strategy, building a B2B demand gen program, or defining detailed consumer contact streams.
Julie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
