With over 20 years of agency experience, Rebecca has deep rooted experience as a client service leader in CPG, telcom, pharmaceutical, QSR as well as insurance and travel/leisure. Her background reflects a data driven strategic approach to understanding consumer behavior and building brand experiences that drive transactions and long term consumer loyalty. She has launched both brand and CRM programs for new and mature products, including AT&T, Pfizer (Chantix, Zyrtec), Nationwide Insurance, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, US Marine Corp, Kimberly-Clark (Huggies), and Johnson & Johnson. She worked for Y&R Brands/Wunderman in NYC for nearly 13 years, before moving to Chicago’s DFCB office to lead J&J’s biologic product, STELARA.
Upon arriving in Louisville last year, her most recent contribution was serving as interim CMO for Long John Silver’s as the 100% franchised owned brand was going through senior management shifts. In this role, Rebecca launched a new brand platform and led a market segmentation across 1,200 stores with offer/investment/target strategies.
